Your Account:
Having an account with me is needed to book. It is free and you can sign up via email, Facebook or Google. I do not get access to your private information so make sure you don't lose your login.
Your account also lets you see how many hours you have or when your next booking with me is. You can also cancel, reschedule, change payment methods and more through your account.

Hours:
I book by the hour. You can scroll up and book either a lesson or drill with me for the time that is available. You can also buy packages when available which will give your account hours to use.
To track your hours left or to see what you have on the books with me, check your account. On mobile, it's the menu icon and then look for "My Account", on the PC, it's the top right option that is your photo or name.

My Schedule:
Above I share my general availability and days that I won't be coaching. If you are having a hard time getting in with me, reach out to me and I will see what I have available!

Packages:
Get more hours at a slight discount. There is a difference between lessons and drills.

Lessons:
These are traditional lessons where you learn how to play Pickleball, hit certain shots, learn strategy and more. This is great for people that ask, "How do I?" questions. This is NOT drilling so if you wanted to drill, see below.

Drills:
These are repetitive shots helping you to master your game. Yes, you can learn shots here as well, but with the increase in price, you can drill with a rated 5.4 player. We will hit hundreds if not thousands of balls during our session, unlike lessons where it's a lot more showing, teaching and talking, Drills are more hitting and less talking but please feel free to ask your questions.

Agreements:
I coach Pickleball professionally and as a career so there is a business side to this.
When you sign up for anything, lessons, drills, classes, etc, you agree to certain terms and conditions on my site which are always available, typically at the bottom of my website or on the phone, there might be a menu selection option. So please understand what you are signing up for before you book me.

Refunds and Expiration on hours:
There are no refunds. Your hours DO expire! Typically, you have 3-4 months to use your hours with me. Hours expire so that I can continue working with other students. It makes it very difficult for me to continue to coach when I have people that bought lessons 9 months ago wanting to work with me during my already booked out schedule. I try my best to work with everyone and things in life happen, but please try your best to use your hours when you get them. All of this information is in the agreements but I like to make this very visible for everyone so no one is surprised.
